This privacy notice applies to the LBG Media website and your name and email address collected by InvestorCom Limited ('we' or 'us) on behalf of LBG Media.

What personal data do we hold?

We process your personal data on behalf of LBG Media, who is the controller of such personal data.

We only hold basic personal data about you, which does not include any sensitive personal data, including identifier(s), email addresses and the IP address you use to access the LBG Media website.

Why do we need it?

We need to know your basic personal data for LBG Media to use our services to send notification of all press releases, financial results and other key shareholder messages as soon as they are released. We have engaged Mailgun as our sub-processor to process, store and send these messages to you once you have signed up to our mailing list. Mailgun’s privacy notice can be accessed here.

LBG Media will not collect or use any personal data about you that we do not need to provide this service. The lawful basis for LBG Media’s processing of your personal data is that processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by LBG Media.

What do we do with it?

All personal data is processed in the UK by us and our subcontractors and only in connection with the services provided to LBG Media. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so and your data is not transmitted outside of the European Union.

No automated decision making is made using your personal data.

How long do we keep it?

We retain your personal data for as long as LBG Media has a relationship with you and the data is required to support the service.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and you may have a right to have it corrected, deleted and to object to or restrict the processing of the information. You may also have a right to receive the information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transfer or have this information transferred to another data controller.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how your personal data is handled, you can contact LBG Media’s Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.

  5. To turn off all cookies, uncheck the 'Accept cookies from sites' option, then click 'OK' at the bottom of the pop-up window to save and close.

  2. Select 'Internet Options' from the menu
  3. In the 'Internet Options' pop-up window select the 'Privacy' tab
  4. Click the 'Advanced' button
  5. In the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' pop-up window, check the 'Override automatic cookie handling' check-box, the other options will now be available
  6. For both 'First-party Cookies' and ' Third-party Cookies' select the 'Block' option, click OK to save your settings
  7. Click 'OK' in the 'Internet Options window to return to your browsing session

  2. Select 'Preferences' from the menu
  3. In the 'Privacy' pop-up window select the 'Privacy' tab
